Compacting PET bottles
The transportation and processing of PET bottles often entail difficulties and costs – regardless of whether the bottles are empty or full. The RUNI Screw Compactor is the obvious solution for minimising handling and transportation costs are significantly reduced when volume is reduced by a ratio of 8:1.
The capacity of the machine depends on the size of the bottles. The machine compacts approx. 5,000 1½-litre bottles per hour or approx. 12,000 ½-litre bottles per hour.
Emptying and destruction
The machine can be equipped with drainage so that full bottles are also emptied of their contents and destroyed during the process (find out more here).
